En utilisant Pally Plan, vous acceptez les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation.
1. Objet
Pally Plan est une plateforme de coordination sociale permettant de partager ses disponibilités, de détecter automatiquement les bons moments pour se retrouver (Le Bon Timing), de créer et organiser des événements, de gérer des cercles d'amis, de partager des photos, de gérer les dépenses de groupe et de découvrir des idées de sorties à proximité.
2. Conditions d'accès
- Vous devez avoir au moins 16 ans pour utiliser Pally Plan.
- Vous vous engagez à fournir des informations exactes et à ne pas utiliser l'application à des fins frauduleuses, nuisibles ou abusives.
3. Comptes et responsabilité
- Vous êtes l'unique responsable de la confidentialité de votre mot de passe et de toute activité effectuée sur votre compte.
- Vous vous engagez à choisir un mot de passe robuste (minimum 8 caractères) et à ne le partager avec personne.
- En cas de suspicion d'accès non autorisé, notifiez-nous immédiatement à admin@pallyplan.com.
- Pally Plan ne pourra être tenu responsable des pertes ou dommages résultant de votre manquement à protéger vos identifiants.
- Vous pouvez créer des cercles d'amis pour organiser vos contacts. Vous êtes responsable des membres que vous y invitez.
4. Paiements et résiliation
- Renouvellement automatique : les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement chaque mois sauf annulation.
- Résiliation : vous pouvez résilier à tout moment depuis les paramètres de votre compte. Un préavis de 30 jours s'applique ; toute période entamée avant la fin du préavis reste due.
- Droit de rétractation : en souscrivant, vous demandez un accès immédiat au service et renoncez expressément à votre droit de rétractation de 14 jours (conformément au droit de la consommation européen).
- Premium Duo : l'abonnement Premium Duo permet de partager les avantages Premium avec un compte partenaire désigné. Le partage prend fin automatiquement en cas de résiliation ou de changement de formule.
5. Intégration de calendriers externes
Si vous connectez un calendrier externe (Google Agenda, Outlook, iCloud) :
- Vous nous autorisez à lire vos événements afin d'afficher vos créneaux de disponibilité.
- Nous n'utilisons pas vos données de calendrier à d'autres fins et ne les partageons pas avec des tiers.
6. Géolocalisation et notifications push
- Géolocalisation : optionnelle, avec consentement explicite. Utilisée uniquement pour le Signal de Connexion et la suggestion de lieux. Activée manuellement pour 24 heures maximum, puis automatiquement coupée. Révocable à tout moment.
- Notifications push : en les activant, vous autorisez Pally Plan à envoyer des alertes sur votre appareil. Désactivables à tout moment depuis les paramètres.
7. Propriété intellectuelle
L'ensemble des contenus, logos, textes, graphismes et logiciels de Pally Plan sont la propriété exclusive de Ronan BARÉ et sont protégés par le droit d'auteur français et international. Toute reproduction sans autorisation écrite préalable est interdite.
8. Limitation de responsabilité
Pally Plan est fourni « en l'état », sans garantie de fonctionnement exempt d'erreurs ou de disponibilité continue. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects pouvant résulter de l'utilisation de l'application.
Pally Plan ne saurait être tenu responsable des interruptions de service causées par des prestataires tiers, notamment : Stripe (paiements), Brevo (e-mails), Google Cloud Platform (base de données et stockage), Google / Microsoft / Apple (synchronisation calendriers).
9. Modifications des CGU
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions à l'avenir. Les utilisateurs seront informés de tout changement significatif par e-mail ou notification dans l'application.
10. Droit applicable
Les présentes Conditions sont régies par le droit français. En cas de litige, et à défaut de résolution amiable, les tribunaux français seront seuls compétents.

By using Pally Plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
Pally Plan is a social coordination platform for sharing availability, automatically detecting the best moments to meet up (Le Bon Timing), creating and organizing events, managing friend circles, sharing photos, tracking group expenses, and discovering nearby activity ideas.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Pally Plan.
- You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the application for fraudulent, harmful or abusive purposes.
3. Accounts and responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account.
- You agree to choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters) and not share it with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at admin@pallyplan.com.
- Pally Plan cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
- You can create friend circles to organize your contacts. You are responsible for the members you invite.
4. Payments and cancellation
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from your account settings. A 30-day notice applies; any period started before the end of the notice remains due.
- Right of withdrawal: by subscribing, you request immediate access to the service and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (in accordance with European consumer law).
- Premium Duo: the Premium Duo subscription allows you to share Premium benefits with a designated partner account. Sharing ends automatically upon cancellation or plan change.
5. External calendar integration
If you connect an external calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud):
- You authorize us to read your events solely to display your availability slots.
- We do not use your calendar data for any other purpose and do not share it with third parties.
6. Geolocation and push notifications
- Geolocation: optional, requires explicit consent. Used only for Connection Boost and venue suggestions. Manually activated for 24 hours maximum, then automatically disabled. Revocable at any time.
- Push notifications: by enabling them, you authorize Pally Plan to send alerts to your device. Can be disabled at any time from your device or app settings.
7. Intellectual property
All content, logos, texts, graphics and software of Pally Plan are the exclusive property of Ronan BARÉ and are protected by French and international copyright law. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
Pally Plan is provided "as is", without guarantee of error-free operation or continuous availability. We are not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
Pally Plan shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, including: Stripe (payments), Brevo (emails), Google Cloud Platform (database and storage), Google / Microsoft / Apple (calendar sync).
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms in the future. Users will be notified of any significant changes by email or in-app notification.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
