Terms of Service – Pally Plan

By using Pally Plan, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
Pally Plan allows users to share their availability with close contacts to make it easier to meet up.
2. Acceptable Use
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Pally Plan.
- You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the app for fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
You are responsible for your credentials. Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
4. Payments and Cancellation
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. A 30-day notice period applies; any period started before the end of the notice remains due.
- Withdrawal Right: By subscribing, you request immediate access to the service and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (as per EU consumer law).
5. Google Calendar Integration
If you connect your Google Calendar:
- You authorize us to read your events to display your availability.
- We do not use your calendar data for any other purpose, nor do we share it with third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
- Pally Plan is provided "as is," without warranty of error-free operation or continuous availability.
- We are not liable for indirect damages that may result from using the app.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms in the future. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
